OUR

VISION

Every WS/FC school would be provided with the books, curriculum tools, and educator training to infuse a historically-appropriate and multiculturally-authentic scope of history.

We believe every child will benefit from an educational system willing to teach every aspect of our national history.

WHO WE ARE

Jump at the Sun’s Infusion Curriculum Project is a community response to support expanding our children’s understanding of what history is; that our collective story is not a single one, but one that’s made up of many untold stories.

By infusing curriculum with the experiences and words of BIPOC (Black Indigenous and People of Color), our teachers will help every student see his, her, or their “I” in our country’s many histories.

INVOLVED

The first phase of Jump at the Sun is a Book Drive to purchase the books teachers need for the already developed African American Infusion Curriculum created by the WS/FCS Social Studies Department for K-12.

Your donation will help provide the necessary resources to all WS/FCS teachers so that they can teach the many histories that make up America’s past and shape its future.

You can purchase books directly from Bookmarks Wish List page or donate funds here:
